HOW IT WORKS

Three steps. No waiting room.

Getting started is simple, and a licensed provider guides every decision.

1

Complete Your Online Intake

Answer a short set of questions about your health, history, and goals. It takes about five minutes, from anywhere in Nevada.

2

Meet Your Provider

A licensed Physician Assistant reviews your intake and meets with you by telehealth. If treatment is clinically appropriate, your provider writes a personalized prescription — and if it isn’t, they tell you plainly.

3

Approve Your Quote, Then Care Begins

If therapy is prescribed, you see your exact written quote before any medication charge. Once you approve it, a licensed US compounding pharmacy prepares your medication and ships it to your door. Your provider stays involved with regular check-ins.

TREATMENT AREAS

Four paths. Named therapies. One personalized plan.

All therapies below are prescription-only and prescribed solely when a licensed provider finds them clinically appropriate — compounded medications are not FDA-approved, a consultation never guarantees a prescription, and individual results vary.

Weight Management

Provider-guided weight care built around your history and habits. When clinically appropriate, therapies may include compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide (GLP-1 medications) and lipotropic MIC-B12 injections, always titrated by your provider alongside nutrition and activity.

Recovery & Performance

Support for how you train and how you recover — never for shortcuts. If prescribed, options include sermorelin, injectable GAC amino blend, and glutathione. MedPAC Rx does not prescribe for athletic performance enhancement.

Longevity & Wellness

Unglamorous, evidence-honest support for aging well. When clinically appropriate, therapies include NAD+ (injectable or oral) and glutathione — and we will tell you exactly where the research stands on each.

Energy & Vitality

For days that feel heavier than they should. After a medical review, options may include B12 or B-complex injections and NAD+, if your provider prescribes them — and if your fatigue needs a workup we don’t offer, we’ll point you to the right care.

THE PARKWAY CONNECTION

Born in a gym. Run by clinicians.

MedPAC Rx started inside Parkway Athletic Club, the Carson City gym that has spent years helping Northern Nevada get stronger. Members kept asking where they could get this kind of care from people they actually trust. So we built it.

Most telehealth is anonymous by design — a logo, a checkout page, a provider you will never hear from again. MedPAC Rx is different because we are from here. Our name is on a building you can drive past — Parkway Athletic Club, Carson City, Nevada — and our reputation lives in the same community you do.

MedPAC Rx is Parkway’s clinical sister company. Care happens by telehealth anywhere in Nevada, but if you’d rather ask a question in person, our front desk is right here. Local roots do not mean lower standards: licensed Physician Assistants oversee every plan, prescriptions are filled by a licensed US compounding pharmacy, and no one is ever promised a prescription, because real medicine does not work that way.

A Real Local Brand

We answer to our neighbors, not just a support inbox. Parkway has earned Carson City’s trust over years, and MedPAC Rx carries that same standard.

Real Clinicians, Real Oversight

Licensed Physician Assistants review every intake, hold every consult, and make every treatment decision. No auto-approvals, ever.

Pharmacy-Filled, Shipped Home

Prescribed medications are prepared by a licensed US compounding pharmacy and delivered to your door with ongoing monitoring.

PAC Member Pricing

Parkway Athletic Club members get their initial evaluation for $49 and 10% off published monthly therapy pricing, verified at intake or the Parkway front desk. Membership is never required, and pricing never affects whether your provider prescribes.

YOUR CARE TEAM

Your provider has a name.

Care at MedPAC Rx is led by Daniela Borgia, PA-C, a Nevada-licensed Physician Assistant practicing under the supervision of a Nevada-licensed physician, as required by Nevada law. Daniela reviews your intake, meets with you by telehealth, and decides whether treatment is clinically appropriate for you. Then she stays with you, monitoring progress and adjusting your plan through regular check-ins.

Questions, answered.

What is peptide therapy?

Peptides are short chains of amino acids that occur naturally in the body and are used in prescription therapies for a range of health goals. At MedPAC Rx, peptide therapy is prescription-only care, and a licensed provider determines whether it is clinically appropriate for you. Compounded medications are prepared for an individual patient by a licensed US compounding pharmacy pursuant to a prescription; they are not approved by the FDA, and the FDA does not verify their safety, effectiveness, or quality before they are marketed.

How do I get started, and is a prescription guaranteed?

Start with our online intake, then meet with a licensed Physician Assistant by telehealth. Your provider recommends treatment only if it is clinically appropriate for you, so a consultation never guarantees a prescription.

What does it cost?

Your initial evaluation is $99, covering the intake review and your telehealth consult — owed whether or not a prescription results, and credited to your first month if therapy is prescribed and you proceed. Every therapy has a published starting monthly price that includes medication if prescribed, supplies, shipping, and ongoing provider check-ins. You are never charged for medication before your provider finds treatment clinically appropriate and you approve your exact written quote. Parkway Athletic Club members pay $49 for the evaluation and get 10% off published therapy pricing.

Who can use MedPAC Rx?

Care is currently available to adults 18 and older in Nevada, where our providers are licensed, with more states planned. You do not need to be a Parkway Athletic Club member, though PAC members receive preferred pricing.

Hometown care, delivered to your door.

Complete your intake today and a licensed provider takes it from there. If treatment is clinically appropriate and you approve your written quote, your personalized plan ships to your home — and if therapy isn’t the right fit, we’ll tell you that plainly, because a consultation never guarantees a prescription.
